While the US government proclaims it will fund the war in Ukraine for "as long as it takes," no resources are supposedly available to prevent tens thousands of working class families from being thrown into destitution in the largest trucking bankruptcy in US history. As it has done on multiple occasions to arm Ukraine, the Biden administration for the first time has handed over military equipment to Taiwan drawn directly from US defence stockpiles. The latest "Constitutional Protection Report" published by the Verfassungsschutz (Germany's domestic intelligence service) at the end of June aims to silence anyone who criticises the mass death being organised by the NATO powers, calls social inequality by its name, and rejects the government's pro-war narrative. "I am a very upset millennial, who just wants to buy a house and start a family," one worker told the WSWS.
