The build-up in Australia demonstrates that every region of the globe is being drawn into the maelstrom of a looming world war, driven by the breakdown of capitalism and the eruption of American imperialism. Health systems are being told to ration treatments for cancer patients due to shortages of essential chemotherapy drugs.
