The call by a congressman for the extermination of a completely defenseless and imprisoned population expresses the homicidal sentiments that have gripped the American ruling class. After decades of perpetual war, the United States is approaching a level of criminality hitherto associated only with Nazi Germany. The pandemic precipitated the world's greatest recession since World War II, with global output falling three times more than during the 2007–2008 global financial crisis. Global unemployment rates have not yet returned to pre-pandemic levels. Additional hundreds of jobs are being eliminated as a direct consequence of Stellantis' jobs massacre. On March 5, Tamás Sulyok replaced Hungarian President Katalin Novák. Sulyok is deeply entangled in the country's fascist past. All told, these measures have not had a significant impact on poverty rates, which remain at very high levels throughout the country. The accusations that China "hacked" New Zealand's parliamentary offices are being used to ramp up NZ's integration into US-led war plans. State Premier Steven Miles, a Labor "left" like Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, is ramping up repressive police measures under conditions of deepening social and political discontent. The University of Michigan has begun issuing trespass citations to students who participated in a March 24 protest against genocide in Gaza, banning them from five campus buildings. Campaign staff for Trump refused to apologize for sharing the image even as Trump posted more violent content from fascists and neo-Nazis on his Truth Social platform. Maersk, the shipping giant that contracted the vessel which collided with the bridge, participated in a task force convened by the White House, a sign that once again a whitewash is underway. The rapidity and secrecy with which these guilds have come to agreements with the AMPTP should arouse the greatest suspicion and doubt on the part of IATSE members.
