The SNP's funding crisis is rooted in a membership decline flowing from the fact that in national and local government, it has imposed brutal cuts on every area of social spending, while also supporting NATO's war with Russia. The protracted struggle at USYD is now in great danger, precisely at the point where it has the potential to become a spearhead for a broader fight against the intensifying real pay-cutting and cost-of-living crisis.
