The FBI arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan on Friday morning, and she was charged with obstruction and harboring a fugitive in connection with an immigrant worker, who appeared before her on April 18. Immigration agents claimed Khalil needed to be arrested before a warrant could be produced because he was a "flight risk" and not "cooperative," lies disproved by video of Khalil's abduction taken by his wife.
