The FBI arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan on Friday morning, and she was charged with obstruction and harboring a fugitive in connection with an immigrant worker, who appeared before her on April 18. Immigration agents claimed Khalil needed to be arrested before a warrant could be produced because he was a "flight risk" and not "cooperative," lies disproved by video of Khalil's abduction taken by his wife. No one was arrested or charged during the raids, but police and FBI agents seized electronic devices and personal belongings and briefly detained 11 individuals for interrogation.
